Mead

We have a range of meads from Derbyshire's own Mercian Mead and Lymebay. All will be available by the glass or bottle.

Lymebay:
Garden Mead - a light refreshing mead with a hint of herbs, most often described as a touch of mint.
Traditional Mead - a sweeted mead with a distinct honey flavour.
Tournement Mead - a flavourful mead with hints of spices, perfect for Winter.

Mercian Mead:
Classic Mead - a light, dry mead. Very drinkable without the traditional heavy sweetness of more familiar meads. A great alternative to wine in any receipe.
Classic Sweet Mead - rather sweeter than the Classic, similar to a good quality desert wine.
Lemon Sorbet Mead - a light effervescent mead with a refreshing hint of lemon, without any bitterness.

World Beers

Once again there will be a dedicated bar showcasing bottled beers from around the world to tempt your taste buds. This year we will also have a keykeg bar featuring artisan breweries from Italy and Belgium, plus a chance to try Kolsch as you would find it in its home town of Cologne.
